MARK E. WAGNER, CPA

Mark E. Wagner, CPAMark Wagner holds a B.S. degree in Accounting from the University of Northern Colorado and a Master of Taxation degree from the University of Denver.  He practices in the areas of audit, tax, management consulting and financial planning.  Mark Wagner is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Colorado Society of Certified Public Accountants.  He is also a member of the 1990 “50 for Colorado” leadership class sponsored by the Colorado Association of Commerce and Industry (CACI).  Mr. Wagner is licensed to practice as a CPA in Colorado (#6401) and holds a registered representative (Series 7) license.  Mark, the father of three and the grandfather of two, enjoys golf, bicycling and weight training.

KELLY R. BURKE, CPA

Kelly R. BurkeKelly Burke earned his B.S. degree in accounting in 1983 from the University of North Dakota.  He practices in the areas of tax, management consulting and financial planning.  Kelly is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and has served as a director for various organizations since relocating to Colorado in 1983.   Mr. Burke is licensed to practice in Colorado (#9310).  He is passionate about his family, fishing, cooking and cycling.

ERIC S. BARNES, CPA

Eric S. Barnes, CPAEric Barnes practices in the areas of audit, tax, financial services, and management consulting.  He earned his B.S. degree in accounting from Colorado State University in 1978. Eric is a member of the AICPA and Colorado Society of CPA’s. He has served on various nonprofit organization boards and is a past recipient of the Metro YMCA Volunteer of the Year Award.   Eric has coached youth and high school sports for 20 years and enjoys golf, fishing, basketball, and camping. Eric is licensed to practice public accounting in Colorado (#5188).  In addition, Eric is a registered general securities representative, a registered investment advisor representative, and holds a Colorado Insurance Producer License (#257053).
